Isabelle is a bio-engineer and works as sales manager for Solvay. To the general public, she is mainly known as the brains behind the successful campaign ‘30 dagen zonder klagen’ (30 days without complaining), which inspired over 30,000 people in Flanders in early 2018. The campaign was followed by a book, Kies Positief (choose positive), in which Isabelle encourages readers to be more positive in their professional and personal lives.
In January 2020, she launched an initiative called ‘Koffie zonder klagen’ (Coffee without complaining) in collaboration with prof. Dirk De Wachter and prof. Lieven Annemans. She used this initiative to show how you can learn to be positive. Isabelle presents her message with great conviction. After all, positivity on the work floor improves productivity and the wellbeing of employees. Everyone can always choose to view events they encounter from a positive perspective. Complaining rarely leads to solutions. An insight that can only benefit your audience.
